At Peaches & Dreams and Layton’s Tux Shop, we understand that sometimes customers may need to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. This Cancel Order Policy explains how cancellations, address changes, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.

Order Cancellation Request

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our support team at:

We will do our best to process your cancellation request before the order enters processing or shipment.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, eligible items may still be returned according to our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

If you need assistance with a shipped order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address without canceling the order.
  • If the order has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, shipping fees and return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent.

If your order is canceled for security reasons, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
